Privacy Policy — Club AutomationsCoconut Coast Flying Club uses private automations to support club administration and member communications. This policy covers Google-account data accessed by those automations, including delivery of selected flight and reservation notifications to the club’s Discord server.Access and useAn authorized account holder connects a club Google account through Google OAuth. Access is limited to the permissions approved during that connection. The initial email-alert workflow reads selected FlightAware notifications and extracts the subject, opening paragraph, and tracking link. It does not delete messages or send email. Any future Gmail, Drive, Docs, or Calendar integration must be separately configured and authorized for its intended club purpose.Sharing and processingSelected alert content is shared with people who can access the destination Discord channel. Automation administrators may access credentials, configuration, and execution records when operating or troubleshooting the service. Google, Discord, Hostinger, and the club’s technical service providers process data as needed to deliver these services, under their respective terms and privacy policies. Only accounts and channels approved by the club should be connected.Limited useGoogle user data is used only to provide and improve the club-authorized automation features. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policyStorage and controlOAuth credentials and workflow execution records are stored in the club’s automation service. Execution records, Discord posts, and backups may contain processed information and may remain after Google access is revoked. Retention settings and deletion requests are handled by the club administrator.
