Terms of Use — Club AutomationsPurposeCoconut Coast Flying Club provides private automations for authorized club administration and communications. The initial workflow relays selected FlightAware email alerts to the club’s Discord server. Other integrations with Gmail, Drive, Docs, or Calendar may be added only with appropriate configuration and authorization.Authorized useOnly a person authorized by the club may connect a Google account or configure a destination channel. Do not connect another person’s account without permission, disclose account credentials, or use the service to distribute information to unauthorized recipients. Users remain responsible for the information they submit and the permissions they approve.Notifications are informationalAlerts can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or incorrect. Verify important information in FlightAware, FlightCircle, or the applicable official source. An alert is not flight authorization, an airworthiness determination, a maintenance release, or a replacement for aircraft records, approved manuals, weather briefings, or required operational checks. The pilot in command retains responsibility for flight decisions.Availability and changesThese automations are provided as a club convenience without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or delivery. The club may change, suspend, or discontinue a workflow or restrict access when needed. Do not rely on this service for emergency communications or safety-critical notification delivery.Privacy and account controlGoogle-account access and selected disclosures to Discord are described in our Privacy Policy at https://coconutcoastflyingclub.com/privacy-policy. An account holder may revoke the app’s access through Google Account settings.
